Savannahs at Sawgrass Lakes is a 55+ community in West Melbourne, and it was planned small on purpose. Construction began in 2017 with 125 single-family homes and that is where it stops.
Floor plans run from 1,641 to 2,034 square feet, with two or three bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. The homes are one-story with open layouts, energy-efficient designs and flex rooms.
The clubhouse runs to 8,000 square feet and holds multi-purpose rooms and a fitness center. Outside it there is a resort-style pool with a gazebo on the patio, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court and an outdoor movie viewing area. The volleyball court and the movie area are unusual for a community this size.

What to check before you buy here
There are only 125 homes here, so not many come up for sale. If this is the one you want, tell us early and we will keep an eye out for you.
