There are 14 floor plans between the single-family homes and the villas, with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two to three car garages. Every home is energy efficient and carries a ten-year limited structural warranty that transfers to the next owner.
The community is built around the 30,000 square foot Catamaran Clubhouse. Del Webb at Viera is still being built out, so it is worth asking which amenities are open now before you decide on the strength of the list below.
Where Del Webb sits in Viera

The three established 55+ communities nearby are worth seeing alongside it. Heritage Isle at about 1,500 homes, Bridgewater at Viera at 870, and Grand Isle at 336. Seeing a finished community next to one still being built is the clearest way to understand what you are buying into.
What to check before you buy here
With a community still being built out, ask which amenities are open, which are scheduled, and what the builder has committed to in writing. Then read the association documents, because the rules on a younger spouse or a grandchild staying the summer are set by the community and are not the same everywhere.
